With over 38 years of expertise in the real estate industry, Mr. S. R. Jha brings an unmatched depth of knowledge and leadership to Worth Buy. A commerce graduate who began his journey in 1982 while pursuing Chartered Accountancy, Mr. Jha ventured into real estate in 1983 as a trainee. By 1988, his entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish a dairy business in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
Mr. Jha’s remarkable achievements include pioneering land transactions across Delhi and the NCR region with exceptional client satisfaction. Notably, in 2001, he spearheaded the successful launch of the Surya Co-Operative Group Housing in Gurugram’s Sector 43, which catered primarily to State Bank of India employees and sold out rapidly. Between 2002 and 2004, he facilitated significant land acquisitions for prominent developers, including OMEX Group and Green City, amassing land banks across Kishangarh, Bhiwadi, and various Gurugram sectors. Today, Mr. Jha focuses on transformative projects in Gurugram’s key sectors, such as60, 61, 62, and 63. His current endeavors include discussions with leading developers to create innovative residential, commercial, and warehouse projects, cementing Worth Buy’s position as a trusted name in real estate.
